Hi, the "best" classes are the most desired ones and can find any party they want: are supports (Paladin and Bard). Another desired class is Gunlancer because is a good dps, tanky af, and can shield+dispell debuff the party which is the most support oriented from dps classes. Anyhow as for beginner alts, Recommended : Sorc, zerk, artillerist, shadow hunter. Dont's : wardancer, gunlancer, soulfist, sharpshooter (situational), and supports (bard/pally) The ones I mentioned for "don't" are classes that either suck at lower tiers (soulfist/wardancer) or are a chore/pain to do dailies in ... As a Deadeye main (with a 1490 GS alt), I think it's one of the most fun classes in the game, the other being Gunslinger and I see why so many people would rather play Gunslinger. Gunslinger feels way more fluid, their skills look cooler, and the damage uptime is FAR easier on Gunslinger than Deadeye. Also, GS is very straightforward to play.
